Our Fees – B.E Dental Studio

Transparency is critical to us and so we want you to be crystal clear on how much your treatment will cost before you attend for your treatment. It is difficult to quote for certain treatments as each person is unique and so are their dental needs. However, at your first visit, we will be able to assess your concerns and provide you with a cost estimate for your treatment. Please see our “New Patients” page to find out more about what type of appointment best suits your needs.

  • How much is it for a dental checkup?

The item numbers for health insurance purposes are: 011 and 022 x2

Please note that additional x-rays may be required at an additional charge- see below.

  • How much is it for a teeth cleaning?

There are several types of dental cleans that can be performed. A dental clean can help remove plaque and hardened bacterial deposits called calculus and well as polish up any stains and improve the whiteness and freshness of the teeth. Having a teeth clean is extremely important for optimal gum health as it reduces the bacterial build-up that causes gum disease and gum recession.

Some people just want to have their teeth cleaned without having a check-up, however, it is difficult to tell what kind of clean you need unless we assess the gum health first by performing an examination- that way we can recommend the appropriate type of clean to resolve the problem.

Cleans start at $90 and you will be given a cost estimate and item numbers based on the condition of your teeth and gums.

  • How much is it for dental x-rays?

Dental x-rays help us to visualise what is happening under the gums and between the teeth.

There are 2 types of x-rays that we can take: the small ones inside the mouth called bitewings or periapicals (item no. 022) are $55 each and the large panoramic x-rays that show all the teeth, roots, sinuses, jaw joints, bone levels etc called an OPG (item no. 037) are $138.

  • How much are veneers?

There are 2 types of veneers: composite veneers/bondings or porcelain veneers. Composite veneers are made from plastic-based materials that are placed directly on the teeth in a single visit whereas porcelain veneers are performed over 2 visits indirectly (that is made off-site and then glued on to the teeth).

You will need to have a complimentary consultation to discuss what is the best type of treatment for you. Veneers start at $420.

Implants are a very advanced treatment approach and require treatment by an experienced and well-qualified Practitioner in order to achieve long-term success.
